Delivery Times

Orders received by 13.30 p.m. are despatched the same day if they are in stock following notification of the satisfactory authorisation of your credit/debit card by SagePay. The money is not debited from your card until the goods are despatched.

Out of stock items are shipped as soon as we have them in stock. Our aim is to ship out of stock goods as soon as we can. We will notify you by e-mail when out of stock goods are being shipped.

International Delivery


We can post our Stix2 product to any country in the world.

Stix 2 provides high-quality goods and services.

You may cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

To cancel your order you must contact us in writing, by fax or email within seven days of placing your order with us.

Stix 2 is happy to replace/refund any goods that are confirmed faulty.

If you wish to return any goods, please contact us in writing, by fax or email prior to despatch stating your name, address, telephone number, email address, order reference, WorldPay transaction reference, date of purchase, item/s purchased, and the order total. This will help us to ensure a prompt service. DO NOT return goods without first contacting us.

As soon as we receive the goods we will consider and action your request, this will be confirmed to you by e-mail using the e-mail address you notified us with. Where a refund has been requested and agreed, we will request that WorldPay credit your card transaction no later than 30 working days following the date of our confirmation e-mail.

If the returned items are to be exchanged, the replacement items if held in stock will be despatched within 1 working day of the date of our confirmation e-mail. If the items are not in stock we will notify you of the new despatch date by e-mail.

You will not be charged delivery on the replacement of faulty items. If the returned items are not faulty and are to be sent back to you, our normal delivery charges will apply. We will, of course, confirm this to you by e-mail.
