I bought one of these and 2 refills but have had a lot of trouble with one of the refills which just wouldn't work. The glue didn't go on to the paper but bunched up and the roller wouldn't roll. The other one worked fine. I used the 12m tape pen before too and that was brilliant but ran out very quickly. I love the ease but it is annoying and a waste of money if they don't always work - just make sure you have plenty of refills just in case!
